So the project I was working on while at Intel is one public step closers towards making it to the hands of nurses.

I'm really excited - it's nice to see that all that time we spent with nurses and other clinicians is really having an affect on the design of the product.

I've been running in stealth mode for the past weeks while we unpack my stuff and attempt to fit 1.5 apartments worth of belongings into one apartments worth of space. But now that we've even repainted the kitchen, I think the time has come to go public:

Yes, it's true. I did move back to the Bay Area. And yes, I am starting the PhD program at the, um, "i-school" this fall. And yes, the kitchen is now a very nice combination of "vanilla cream" and "wispy peach."

It looks a bit like a creamsicle, which I hope bodes well for the continuing sweetness of living in SF.
